Thousands of Young Republicans are re-energized with the election of Donald Trump, Mike Pence, and a Republican Congress. The goals we’ve striven for to protect a future of economic opportunity and personal freedom for our generation can finally be realized with leadership that doesn’t take us for granted. However, we have to do our part to champion the role of good, conservative policy in the lives of all Americans.

We must rejuvinate our organization from the bottom up by implementing important programs that establish the foundations for success. That means developing our leaders at the local level, finding new leaders in places we lack a presence, and establishing a clear value for involvement in the Young Republicans. We will rejuvenate the YRNF and support our State Federations by accomplishing the following:

  • Unchartered States:  Establish a chartered, working YR State Federation in all 50 states by the end of the term.
  • Training:  Host at least one training session in each of the sub-regions for Young Republicans to attend. The Education Committee will work with the regional vice-chairmen and regional directors to establish a curriculum for each sub-region. Training sessions will be focus on fundraising, marketing, public speaking, and other operational topics.
  • Leadership:  Partner with the SCA to establish a “Chairman’s University” for incoming leaders of the State federations and their National Committeepersons.
  • Deployments: Appoint a four person advisory committee, with each person representing a different region, to research and recommend target states for YRNF to deploy to.
