Phil Bell is an entrepreneur, government affairs professional, and lifelong Conservative Republican. His love of Conservatism and embrace of the Republican Party began while growing up in North Jersey and North Florida, tuning in to Rush Limbaugh as a young man.

He has been a staff member for various campaigns including two stints with Congresswoman Barbara Comstock, along with work on the 2013 RNC Victory team supporting New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s re-election, and the 2012 presidential campaign of House Speaker Newt Gingrich where he served as National Volunteer Coordinator. He also proudly worked for the Maryland Republican Party as its Director of Membership Services.

He is a long-time Virginia Young Republican, holding leadership roles including Treasurer of the Alexandria club and Vice Chairman of the Fairfax Area group. Phil was also a Regional Vice Chairman for the Young Republican Federation of Virginia and a candidate for statewide Chair. Outside of his YR work, he is a member of the Fairfax County Republican Committee and a past President of the Republican Club of Greater Reston.

Phil was an early supporter of President Trump, beginning in 2010, and eagerly supported the victorious 2016 campaign as a volunteer in both Virginia and Maryland. A graduate of Boston University, he is currently employed in the non-profit sector.
